I will write this with as much accuracy as possible, with help from the schedule.
PRE-CAMP 0630-0900 05/05/2012
At this time on Saturday, i woke up and started my final check on my packlist. I packed up everything into my haversack, ate my breakfast, and then called people to ensure that i packed all the stuff required for the camp. Of course, i did not bring everything on the packlist since it is just a hassle. I only brought the bare minimum. At around 0650 i left house, still chatting with Melvin Kok over the phone about random stuff like. "-Wei Xuan sent out Mission Impossible! -Mission Impossible turned out to be run around the track 100 times! -Melvin Kok used rollout! -Its super effective!" And i later called James. But that all with James was short since he was kind of busy. xD On my way to school (btw i took the 76-158 route) i met with Dinuo when i boarded 158 and met Xiao Yu at Aljunied. I reached school at slightly past 0800 and i was bombarded with horror.
I didnt know that i have to label everything. Yes, every single thing in the haversack, including haversack itself. Seems like it is not gonna be easy. I grimaced as i packed my stuff. In the end, my stuff were neat but i didnt label anything. This turned out to be a terrible wrong move that led me to regret badly later. 0840, i moved from the Scouts Front Store to the Scouts Frontier, where my patrol's equipments are stored. Scouts were called to enter their personal info in Mr Chin's computer, in case of emergency. By the way, we were told to jihe at 0900 with all our stuff in the basketball court (outside Frontier). And so, scouts went back later and helped the guides to carry stuff, but we were still late.

Admin matters and Inspection (Day 1)
As mentioned earlier, we were late. We falled in completely at around 0910-0915, which is really very late. So we were pumped (forgot how many times, should be around 20-30) and were then briefed on the camp. Our valuables were collected. After which we were told to bring all the things to MRL, Media Resource Library. We just rushed there and dumped everything there, resulting in a complete mixed up of our equipment. Labels of the equipment fell off and thus the equipment can no longer be identified. What a hassle. We were again, told to hurry up and we have to lay out inspection. Honestly, we were completely screwed. Surprisingly we were ok. But this is when i started regretting that i did not label my stuff. That retarded Venture totally fling my poncho + stuff on it around and i can no longer find them. T^T ARGH WHY ME SO UNLUCKY. Well thats just too bad. I managed to get most of the stuff back somehow. Then we packed up, and its the start of Camp Develpment.
Camp Developement (Part 1)
So we started our "Camp D." outside of the MRL. It was an interesting briefing that sounds extremely frightening. Since we began PLTC with a very bad atmosphere, the mood is ominous. It was in fact really troublesome since many of the basic skills are not hammered into everyone yet. For example, echoing. The Camp D. PLs, which i remember as all Scouts for Camp D. Part 1 (Me, Hung Ping, Jie Lin, Xiao Yu, and two others) were gathered and were briefed a few times about all the stuff. However, in the end we got pumped for being too slow. Of course, slow as in just the front. The best part is the building. By the way, the briefing mentioned previously for Camp D. are just about bringing all the stuff from MRL to the Field. In actual fact, the Basketball Courts where we first started off were right next to the field and yet they made us go all the way to the MRL... Guess that is to simulate a "travel" to campsite. At the end, the random litters left behind were extremely unsightly such that Xiao Yu feel so upset that he went back by himself and picked everything up. Well, Xiao Yu is just such a person that dont care about others. We almost got knock-it-down thanks to him... I wish he can stop throwing tempers and tell others about what he feels though.
So, the construction starts. The construction begun being extremely screwed up for my patrol. Firstly, according to the proposal, we are supposed to build Kitchen Shelter and the Sleeping Tents (1 Dome tent, 1 8-man tent) at the same time, which is extremely hard since there must be an extremely well coordinated manpower allocation. Not only that, we are missing an variety of materials. Firstly, our canvas got mixed up with P2 and P4. (Btw, my patrol is P3 Humpty Dumpty) Then, our tent poles and fly sheets and arthurs all went missing. Apparently P6 accidentally took many of our stuff. But well, it is good that we managed to find them back. However, at the very end, we still cant find out 8-man tent tent poles. So i instructed Xi Ying to tie tent pegs pointing upwards on the gadget pole and use it as one. Kitchen Tent was terrible, there are lots of epic stuff happening. Like the square lash falling off or the canvas tore. But at the end we are able to make it stand. But however, there are quite a few incident when our Manilla rope snapped and we got screwed. Still, we stood strong and finished our kitchen shelter and sleeping tents, though a bit behind schedule.
Next, is the construction of Kitchen Table. We strayed from the conventional design and used a new design that is much faster and more effective. Though the length of the table is slightly screwed up, it is really good. We tied 2 A-jia together and formed something like a Quad Pod. The reason we didnt use Quad Pod is because it may not open big enough in the right direction. Of course, we are awesome and completed our flag poles at the same time. However, we accidentally took the wrong flag pole (we took the venture's one instead) and have to redo. But i guess it is ok since we managed to find the correct flag pole in the end(but of course, it is much later). Oh, from the part when we were halfway through kitchen table, Ventures stepped in to give time limits for individual component of the camp such that we will not lag too much.
I forgot when, but there was lunch, so i shall pause here and write Lunch in a separate section.
Lunch
Lunch has begun. We ate and ate and ate. Oh by the way right before lunch we were told to hang our clothes at random places but end up we still hung it at the field after lunch. Of course, we also were shown how to lay out a proper inspection. ARGH its so retarded O.o Never the less it was quite insteresting since we talked a lot of niao hua. ^^
Camp Development (Part 2)
We continued with Part 2 of Camp D. Some of the PLs changed though. I remember Sean being the P2 PL. It was epic since it started with the inspection show and afterwhich we were screwed for forgetting the instructions to take back our Uniforms. xD But well we continued. And my patrol continued to own every one by slowly setting up everything. Oh i believe Lunch was long before we started our kitchen table so yeap. Anyways, after the Ventures stepped in, it was much much faster, though my patrol did not really speed up and we are like going at our own pace (and owning all the people #likeaboss) We built finish our Kitchen table and managed to build a quad-pod gateway. Me, Xi Ying and Emily begun debating if we want to build A-jia extensions from the gateway. In the end we found light Hong Mus and did so, and supported them with manilla ropes from the tips instead of the usual Bai Mu at the base. We decorated the Gateway as well, with cloths. :D I managed to somehow balance it out though. With some random Gadgets and stuff, we ended our Camp D. Oh, the second part of this was carried out at the same time as Dinner Preparation. (Sorry this part of the post is short since the Part 1 of Camp D was screwed ><)
Dinner Preparation and Dinner
So we cooked and ate. I am not included in the cooking since i was playing with the random stuff in Camp D. But the Stew that the made (Li En the main cook) was simply AWESOME. Of course the amount they gave is insufficient for my patrol, considering we have a giant eater (me) xD So anyways we ate. And i ate An Yi's "Dinner" since she said she ate already before coming back. Counsellors gets free dinner >:( WHY THEY NO EAT WITH US >< Hahaha never the less dinner was fun and i continued the second part of dinner with Gateway building. OHH And just saying, it was Xi Ying's Birthday and all the Trainees were like Happy birthday! but she was like nooo dont sing i feel embarassed. So funny :D Well, it must have been a really memorable birthday. :D (Throughout the course of the Camp, there were at least 3 birthdays, Xi Ying on 5/5, Yong Loong on 6/5 and one more on 7/5, forgot who though >< Is it Camillus? ARGH my memory...)
Camp Developement (Part 3?!?!)
Ok this part 3 of the Camp D is totally slack. We were like preparing for the KYB which is next and doing random stuff totally unrelated to Camp D, since we finished everything ^^
Know Yourself Better
And so, this hellish torturous retarded crazy KYB begun. Firstly Qin Gang asked for 2 volunteers to lead Warm Up. Me and Hung Ping went and ended up nothing serious went wrong (Luckily) So we started. (I forgot a lot about the gaps already, and in my memory Night Act. and KYB started to mix. ARGH) First station we all went to was at the canteen. It was some commando crawl stuff and i completely screwed that up. But the main thing is that we let the slowest one go last (Yan Zhi is really weak ><) So we did like a hundred burpies (or whatever you call that) and wasted a lot of energy. But well i am glad that everyone pulled through, though Yan Zhi ended up falling out since she got a headache. The second station is known as "suicide run" and you have to run to points 1413121 on a tennis court to complete one cycle. Oh GOSH it was hellish. If it is not because of JH's words and AYL's on-the-spot motivation i would have screwed it up totally. I suspect that Darren and Li En cheated though. Oh we used a strategy which made the guides carry all the haversacks and walk while the scouts dashed across the court. >< So tiring. But i think its the same for everyone so i dont really care. ^^ Well, we finished the 7 members x 30 cycles in around 21 minutes. Not bad la haha. :D The last station is some pumping station. Its like totally "tiring" at first. Its just 25 boxes, and each round we have to name a number (at the end add up to 25) Each number we said we must do 25 pumping (add up). Of course you can say, orh, then just do 25 round lorh, like that save energy. Nope, they makes us duck walk around the class one time for each round. But still, it is not that tiring. And i was like "Lucky!" but then i realised that later on there is leg raise. We have to hold tables and chairs in the air. GOSH that was where i cramped at 3 places and my group was made to duck walk around T^T
Then, after station "games", we went back to the field. Upon nearing the field i cramped at another 4 places. @#%#@^#@!!!! So i didnt have to attend the briefing. Then they had to run 2 (or was it 3) rounds around the field. I joined back at the 2nd round :) It was tiring. >< After which i think it was PLC. ><
Patrol Leader Counsel (Day 1)
Well i was chosen to go for day 1 PLC. OMG we arrived there like totally "on time" Thanks to me and Li En and Dinuo and other random people. They were like encouraging us to speak so i talked a lot then others blame me for talking too much and causing them to want to sleep. -.- Siann. PLC doesnt really work to me though. >< Its about feedback to other about the situation.
So i spelt quite late. Surprisingly i can wake up the next day xD
Morning PT (Day 2)
So we woke up, washed up etc, then here comes PT at 8am. -.- It was hellish due to the KYB the day before, and especially that my patrol was completely tired out thanks to the first station of KYB. Well we pulled through though :)
Breakfast
Its quite self explanatory... We had breakfast of Milo and Jam and Margarine and Peanut Butter. It was simply awesome :)
Inspection
OMGOSH it was hellish, we were completely lost and screwed up. Of course not as bad as the first day, but still we had to do a lot of random punishments like star jumps >< Siannnn. But well it was alright and we still pulled through. Next was Flag raising. And i was raising the flag for my patrol. :D Wlao Hung Ping got to raising the Troupe Flag T^T *Jealous* Ok nvm not like i care.... It was kind of short thought. I didnt expect it to end so quickly. xD
Role Playing Forum
Some epic acting put up by our seniors. And they asked us to identify the mistakes made. Well i guess it is not bad considering the fact that those mistakes are what we usually makes and they helps (forces) us to reflect one it :D So overall it is really fun.
Cooking and eating Lunch
So we have to cook our own lunch and eat it. >< Siann it was totally screwed since it started raining halfway, so we went inside to the canteen to continue cooking. Omgosh i tell you it was a complete disaster and everything got screwed. I mean like seriously it was like so messy and end up we cant eat normal rice because we put too much water. Well not like i care. But still the food was kind of terrible (still awesome :DD). Although still edible (not bad actually), it tasted far worse than the day one dinner ><

Obstacle Journey
Ok i forgot what was the order of stations already, but i know that there was "Minesweeper", "Horizontal Rope + Roman's Chariot", "Survival Skills", "Rope Ladder", "Catapult" and "Gas Room". Well, i remember that the first station we went to was Minesweeper and the last was Catapult. The Scenarios is based on "The Hunger Games". Minesweeper this time is really like the classic minesweeper on the computer, just that we are really walking around on chairs, each time we step wrong we give away a chair and each time we identify the bomb wrong we have to knock it down 20 times. Heard that the punishments for ALL the stations were reduced later on. Well but for my patrol we got pumped 80 -.- Sian max. Luckily it was just for that station if not it would have became a KYB-OJ hybrid course. For horizontal rope + roman chariot, it was self explanatory since well, its just to climb across the rope then come back, then build a chariot then run around. I was the casualty for the Roman Chariot and my patrol was sadded since i am 70+kg haha. But well it is one of the easier stations for me to be casualty in. xD For survival skills there are a few parts to it. Firstly there is this boiling of water, then there is this filtering of dirty water, then there is this set up temporary shelter, then there is this set up signal fire. It is super fun :D Though my patrol failed a bit at first hahahaha. The first temporary shelter we made was like so epic. we stretched out a ground sheet on the floor then put a cardboard box cover inside and made it stand. WTF seriously? Ok i am not involved so i almost laughed at that. But well i was wrong in the end as well. I thought is build hike tent, but it is supposed to be making use of the surroundings (aka putting ponchos over table) Then for rope ladder i was the PL and i was ordering around like some boss. I am like completely owning in the station muahahahahaha. Firstly there is this rope and we have to tie a rope ladder with it. At around 5 minute, one person can go up to get the rope ladder. In my case it is me. So i went up, continued to instruct people from up there. Oh ya and at this station Yan Zhi (finally) joined back and she helped in first aid. I cant remember which station this is already >< Haish. Anyways, so we tied a bottle to a manilla rope which is tied to the first wood of the rope ladder. Then they threw the bottle and i caught it in the first try (like a boss :D) then i tied the rope and blablablacblablablabla. Everyone was climbing almost finish then Li En got "bitten by a snake" and cant move. OMGWTFBBQ so i went down but up to no avail and Li En died (Medical treatment was given but the scenario was that there is a tsunami coming hahahaha ><) Li En was super funny. He was like totally "JUST LEAVE ME BEHIND!!" and blablabla. According to Sean Ng's patrol he was like totally opposite "DONT LEAVE ME BEHIND!!". Its so epic hahaha :D Well for Gas room there is first this retarded maths question and they totally screwed it up -.- And so the rest suffered out side and have to ding pumpings. well not their fault since the maths question is just dumb. So we were blindfolded inside the room until we found both casualties. Oh only the PL (i think the PL was Pei Fen for this station) can see and she led the way. So we rescued both casualties, but our FA skills was totally noob. I was so desperate that i wanted to tie Parang to the the leg to secure it. (Y) Hahahahahaha :D Then for the last station, Catapult, we had loads of fun trying to shoot the birdies!! Though we failed badly haha. The catapult we build ended up totally collapsing and we kind of failed the station. But well we had fun and thats good enough :D Just saying, my patrol completely OPed the others in OJ :D (Y)
Patrol Activity, Dinner, and Campfire preparation
Well this is fun. Oh there is supposed to be an "flag lowering" but i dont think there was one on the actual day. Well patrol activity is fun. We had plenty of time after building the swing. Yes swing. It was awesome and i almost fell asleep there. Then i practiced for campfire (O.o they made me roll around on the ground like some ball) In fact most of the people didnt get the story. The story is about Humpty Dumpty (my patrol name is that) falling down, then the King tried to bring him up. In the end magma came from the ground (some epic stuff happened) then Humpty Dumpty got "cooked" into a boiled egg. This is to show that after hardship you become stronger (wth?!?! xD) By the way i was Humpty Dumpty. Well i fell down so many times that i felt pain >< muahahaha but it was fun. Well, soon after that is campfire. Time flies when epic stuff happens :D
Campfire til Lights out
One word: fun. Campfire was simply awesome. Singing, dancing, everything. Well i remember there was a variety of shows, and each show signifying a different thing. Epic stuff like James per-ing around and acting like some chicken was super joke. Also, Churn Hian found a "shelter" which is in fact a pile of wood beside the campfire pit. But well it is to add on to the fun of the performances so yeap. Sadly i think i forgot many of the stories already. T^T I only remember shouting dumb cheers at someone, and i forgot who was that too. And i was forced to dance the maboleh. ._. That song always, yes always, reminds me of BC Sian Liang. I rememeber him shaking his waist (put nicely :D) like some joke (but the dance steps are actually right) Well i guess i am a copy of him. >:D Since i am more joke. Muahaha evil laughter. Well after campfire it was wash up, supper, and PLC. I am not involved in PLC so yeap, i went to sleep after washing up.
Night Activity
OMGOSH it was totally hell. Waked us up at around 2-3am, activity all the way until around 0430. My patrol completed like only around 4 stations. There was this "relaying of message of a picture" station, a "Moss Code" (or however you spell it) station, a "barrel roll walking" (or whatever you call that) statoion, a "Commando Crawl + Minesweeper" station. The entire area is based on some dumb map they handed out and we are supposed to run all over the place to find them. OMGOSH seriously it was hellish >< Well i guess it was kind of fun though. But its the first time i felt unsure in the whole PLTC. So i still screwed up in the end. Haish... Originally there was supposed to be a night inspection, but they cancelled it. Hooray. >:D Inspection is one of my weaker areas, though still stronger than FA. Heheheh. So we went to sleep after the night inspection and yay we are finally done with the final event of PLTC. All that is left is to pack up and go home!!!
Breakfast (Day 3)
Breakfast, everyone seems worn out. Well not me though as i try to keep the spirit high. ^^ I think breakfast was still the same. Milo, bread and jam.
Clean up
Then is clean up. It was such a mess... I was not sure how my patrol was doing to place the stuff back to the stores since i was helping to get the niao wo down. Btw niao wo is to elevate the flag pole such that it does not screw up the place. Afterwards in Scouts Yong Loong taught us how, though i think i more or less forgot it. (T^T) It was super dangerous, so Ek Whye taught us 3 commands. Firstly, "chou", meaning tighten the supporting rope. Secondly, "let", meaning to loosen the supporting rope. Well those two doesnt apply to me since i am not hold the ropes but rather tanking at the bottom of the flag pole. So the last one is "scram", telling everyone to run 20 meters away from the the flagpole. I laughed at the last one though and almost got punished since it isnt laughing matter if someone get hit by the falling flagpole. Of course, i am glad that we didnt have to use it since we managed to peacefully get the flagpole down. :) Afterwards we had to take out all the mu from the back store and put them back nicely. Well at first it was direct orders given to PLs, but after sometime i just end up shouting orders to the patrols and became "OIC". Not bad right. The feeling of it is quite awesome, though at the end i got put in between a rock and hard spot >< But well i guess having people who listens to you is good. Well i shall try to gain that ability again, but this time it wont be same as in the PLTC in which everyone-is-lost-so-we-shall-listen-to-anyone-who-sounds-clear but he-is-awesome-so-we-shall-listen-to-him. Haha. :D
Photo-taking, Prize Presentation, and everything til break camp.
Aw. Time flies, everything have ended and now is Prize presentation and break camp. Seated comfortably in the auditorium, we we debreifed and our positions for the camp was released too. AWWWYEAAAHH My patrol got first. (Churn Hian keep complaining that is we all rely on the guides. Well thats quite true, but he made me sound so worthless. T^T But i bet he is just joking as he always does so i didnt mind him :D) We scored around 10 point lead (or was it around 5) compared to the second placing :D So kewwll. :D Well Hung Ping's patrol got surprisingly low, and i heard is because Hung Ping is too overpower and keep interrupting others. (And i thought my overpowering of others was bad enough!! ><) Well, we put in out best and we won out, so i felt really happy. :D Hooray for P3 Humpty Dumpty!! Personal evaluation was kind of boring and we have to fill up all kinds of evaluation forms. So mentally tiring. Though at the end they were complaining that they want to sleep and ask me to stop spamming the piano (-.- i only play a few times, mostly is Dinuo lorh, discriminate against me right -.- haha jkjk well i guess i should have quieten down a bit. xD) Though i dont understand the sleeping part ._. Scientific experiment have suggested that if you want to sleep no matter what type of disturbance you are exposed to, as long as it is regular in magnitude you can sleep in around 10 min. No like i am playing the drums or anything -.- So yeap, after break camp it was surprisingly lax since everyone is tired. Me too, as i trudge home. ^^ The dreaded (for me is not dreaded though. I hoped for it somehow, i am merely stating an overall impression) PLTC is finally over~~~~ :D
